We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who’s passionate about client acquisition, relationship building, and driving business growth. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the local Bangladesh market, helping us reach new clients and grow our business across the country through smart field marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new business clients in Bangladesh.
  • Plan and execute client visits independently.
  • Present Sylnovia’s products and services effectively to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly marketing and sales targets.
  • Prepare regular performance and market insight reports.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales (preferably in IT/software).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
  • Goal-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results.
  • Basic understanding of software or IT services is a plus.
