We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who’s passionate about client acquisition, relationship building, and driving business growth. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the local Bangladesh market, helping us reach new clients and grow our business across the country through smart field marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new business clients in Bangladesh.
- Plan and execute client visits independently.
- Present Sylnovia’s products and services effectively to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly marketing and sales targets.
- Prepare regular performance and market insight reports.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales (preferably in IT/software).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
- Goal-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results.
- Basic understanding of software or IT services is a plus.
