Are you a creative professional with a passion for motion graphics and storytelling through video? Sylnovia is seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor to join our on-site team in Dhaka.
This full-time role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in creating visually compelling content and is ready to take ownership of motion-based creative work in a fast-growing tech company.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality animation videos for our products and services
- Produce promotional videos and engaging video marketing materials
- Add graphics, effects, text, subtitles, animations, and more to enhance recorded footage
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to deliver competitive visual content
- Create catchy and creative social media videos from raw footage
- Edit and produce screen share and live video content with technical precision
- Understand frame rates and apply high frame rates for slow-motion when necessary
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles
- Plan, develop, and edit original content for online marketing activities
- Edit and master new and existing video content, including screencasts and tutorials
- Apply effective color grading to ensure the finest visual presentation
- Work with storyboards, visual effects, sound, and music to create polished videos
- Make proper use of video production tools and equipment throughout the editing process
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in motion graphics design and video editing
- Strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience in a production environment
- Proficient in 2D & 3D animation, motion graphics, video editing, and sound editing
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere Pro is a plus
- Ability to create infographics, explainer videos, and visually appealing content
- Up-to-date with the latest design and animation trends
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to simplify complex scenarios visually
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A quick thinker, versatile, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Benefits
- Salary Range: BDT 20,000 – 35,000 (based on skills and experience)
- Working Days: 6 days a week (1 day weekly holiday)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
